DH and I are going to look at this house next week. We could actually afford it!!! We'd try to get the loan out for about 50,000 so we could replace the windows and do repairs inside, then hopefully get new siding with tax returns, I know it looks like a dump, but it's a 5 BEDROOM and would be a starter home that we could put some love into and hopefully afford to fix up I am so excited The best part? We could afford the payments without my dad

You call that a dump? Maybe it looks worse IRL than in the picture, because I think it looks pretty good. Five bedrooms!? Wow, are you going to have a lot of room!

LOL! I think that's the kind of thing you say if you haven't yet had the experience of buying an older home and fixing it up!! (Just kidding!)

LOL, I guess around here that is what you would call a junk house, guess I'm spoiled from living in a nice neighborhood with all newer duplexes lol. We so hope there won't be anything major wrong. It would be so cool to have a HUGE house. I still would like 1 more baby someday and I'm sure I could find something to do with an extra room lol!!! I need the space, I have lots of stuff!! I still have everything of Haileys since she was born lol....thrown in all logans stuff and ya, that's alot of stuff lol!! I am just praying this works out for us

Well, I don't have the experience of buying an older home and fixing it, but I have the experience of building from scratch. LOL Ours is 3130 sq ft and it is a LOT to clean. But I still find myself wanting one more room!!! Like when I was looking for a school room....or a place for this stupid bed! We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 walkin closets, a man room the size of the garage (that I am not allowed to store ANYTHING in drat it!), and of course laundry room, living room, kitchen, and dining. The way our house is made, we have this open loft thing and it always looks to awkward to me....it is such a weird place.

You will have to let us know how it goes!!! It may not need much work on the inside. But like I said about...be prepared for cleaning space like you have never had to clean before! LOL
