Good Morning ladies.....time to check in for today. How did everyone do yesterday. I am pretty happy with myself although I didn't exercise like I had planned to. I did make myself eat breakfast( a scrambled egg and a glass of tomato juice) which I don't normally do, and I used much less sugar in my coffee ( normally about 2 tsp but cut back to less that half a tsp). For lunch I ate a half PB&J, a grapefruit and a glass of tomato juice. I didn't snack except for a few (like 5-6) boiled peanuts. For dinner I ate a grilled/BBQ chicken thigh and a serving of baked beans. I didn't snack at all after dinner......that is usually my worst time of the day. I drank lots of water all day. Overall, I don't think that was too bad of a start. How did ya'll do?

I did good.. toast for breakfast,a hot dog ( nitrate free) for lunch and a salad for dinner.. no snacking.. we went to the park witht he kids and this one actually has exercise stuff.I did 100 leg presses ( it's your own body weight..so not as much as I can press..I added Taejan and Jae on my lap a few times..lol).. did some twists on that machine and a few ab rolls.. plus raced the kids on the track.
I have to scarf down some breakfast and get out of here..Noah is being a royal pre-teen this morning and thus far my day is NOT getting off to a good start!

Yesterday I did pretty well. I didn't exercise but I was wiped out after a full weekend of heavy duty cleaning. Can that count as my workout? I ate pretty well. Breakfast was pretty bad thought. I had a pop tart... I know I know.. But the rest of the day went well. For lunch I had a pita sandwich, with spinach and tomato and a little bit of salad dressing. For dinner, I had a turkey burger. (When I first started my diet I gave up all red meat). Oh yeah and sweet potato fries. I have a recipe for them from The Biggest Loser Cookbook. I absolutely love that cookbook.
