Well I know it is cold when my dh comes out wearing jeans, a light jacket and an over coat type jacket. This is a guy who is still normally in shorts and t-shirt when I have my tracksuit on lol.
Down south is flooded, some road gave way and swallowed a car with an entire family The waves at the coast are 5-8 meters and now they are predicting 90Km winds here. I think we will stay inside!

Sounds crazy. Here the air is just thick. It's hot, running in the mid-90s, but the thickness of the air is the bad part. You just feel like you are suffocating when you are outside. It is so incredibly humid.

Wow, that's NUTS!!

The weather was humid here too. I thought it was going to rain and of course we had the usual 40% chance and not a drop yet.

That is so sad about the family. That does sound like some crazy weather. Course is it considered your colder time in June in Australia anyway or is this unusually cold? Stay inside and keep warm. Here it is just trying to keep cool. It was 100 degrees the other day and then dropped 20 degrees and the next day was in the 80s. We keep jumping all over the place.

Oh that poor family!! How horrible.

How's this for crazy weather? Where I live, it's a cool breezy day. We've had occassional showers since this morning. I just talked to my sister, who lives 15 miles from me, and she says it's hot there and no rain at all. That's Texas!

Yes it is winter, but it's not normaly this cold. Normaly the middle of the day in winter is lovely.
Yes it was horrible about that family, mum, dad, two little kids and a nephew, they all died.
