I have been eating healthy...a lot...but healthy. Haven't done a lot of exercise as of late though because my kids schedule keeps me busy a good part of the day and then there is making meals and cleaning...I am wondering how much the scale at the docs will show I have gained when I go on Monday. Not going to worry too much about it though.

Well, the kids and I walked home from the gas station (left the van to get the oil changed) on Monday and that was a mile. Hefting my baby around has to count for something. I'm below the weight I was when I got pregnant with Cameron. Now I just have to love the Ani-baby-weight lol

I'm so excited!!! I told you ladies that my goal was to get from 118 to 115 and tone up a little bit. Well, I thought that I was stuck at 118 which was frustrating because I had been eating very healty and working out a little bit throughout the day. I went to my Dr's appointment the other day and stepped on the scale, fully clothed, and I almost passed out. It said 114!! With my shoes!!!!! I'm guessing I'm down to about 112-113. I was really excited! So you know what I did, I ate whatever I wanted the next day! hahahaha Anyway, I'm back to trying to watch what I eat... ok.. I'll start that tomorrow because tonight we are having movie night and I'm making fried pickles and fried cheese sticks (welcome to the south, ya'll!).

Now, if I could just find more time to excersize!

You both must be from up north. It's definately a Southern thing. It's just dill pickle chips dipped in egg (or milk) and coated in flour, repeat and then fry. Very tasty dipped in ranch dressing!

We didn't end up making them though because we ate dinner with my brother and SIL and then had our usual Sunday movie night and a friend brought key lime pie so we had that and popcorn instead. So, I kind of ate healthy! I only had a small slice of pie and very small handful of popcorn.

Today's lunch is a few peices of chicken breast meat, some potato salad and an apple an pb for snack. Throw in some lunges and it's a good day!

Key Lime pie is called that because it's a pie made with key limes. They're a breed (or whatever you'd call it) of limes.

Lol ok, a variety of lime. That sounds resonable.
But dill pickle chips? Like a potato chip made from pickles??

Ok, Jo.... You guys have to have regular dill pickles... right? Either whole (a small pickled cucumber) or spears (a whole pickle cut in 4ths)?? Well... dill pickle chips would be if you took a pickle and sliced it kind of like this (|||||||||) making small round "chips". Did that make any sense??? It's just a different way of slicing it. Great on hamburgers! And FRIED!And yes.. key lime pie... mmmmm... soft, custard like pie. Speaking of custard.... we get Australian custard (yogurt) from our farmers market. Don't know if it's really what you folks from Oz eat but it's good. I made a joke that it's yogurt made from kangaroo milk!

Yer we have those cucumber pickle things, don't know anybody who actualy uses them though lol except my mil who chops them into a potato salad. So you fry those chip slices eeeewwwwww!!!!!!!

I have never heard of Australian custard that is actually a yoghurt. We have yoghurt and custard here, as well as those dairy desert things, maybe thatís what it was?
