Hailey finally has a good friend, an 8 yr old girl that recently moved down the street from GA! The kids get along GREAT and now want to have a sleep over this or next weekend. Now I know I'm gonna sound dumb but what can I do with them? I mean should I plan activities and games or just let them play? Dumb ? I know but this will be her 1st sleepover and I never had them as a kid

I would probably play it by ear. At that age they kind of make up their own activities. If they don't and are bored (which I couldn't imagine) then you could come up with something or give them some ideas. I know that when my cousin would sleep over we played bank, school, and stuff like that. One time we even made up our own modeling agency.

Just let them play! Kids tend to find things to do. Have some craft supplies on hand - play-doh, construction paper, glue sticks, crayons, etc. and I'll bet they'll figure things to do just fine.

Oh her first sleepover!

We just had our first one too!

They played and we had a good dinner. I showed them a simple stitch of crochet and got them each some yarn and a hook. That was a big hit.
