Okay, for those of you who are using or have used Math U See I was wondering how much time on average you spend on each lesson per day (at the Alpha level).

Thanks!

Kind of a dumb question..but what does a typical lesson with Math U See entail? I know the kids can watch the DVD lesson from Steve Demme and then does the parent do a lesson as well? Is there seatwork/practice/drill everyday?

Thanks again!

There are 7 worksheets (Alpha and above, Primer has 6) divided into 3 new content pages, 3 review of previous content (through all books once you get into Beta and above), and a test page (since we don't do tests it's just another worksheet for our kids). I let my kids do as much or as little as they want as long as Ani does at least one whole page and Cameron does at least half a page. Because of that a lesson can last a day or more than a week for us. The only think I do is check their work and sometimes we do Hangman with flashcards. Everything else is on their own.
