And after the Verizon guy left I called the kids in from playing and they asked if they could watch TV now and I said yes and they asked if they could keep playing outside instead of coming in to watch TV (they are watching a Nick Jr. on Demand Max and Ruby episode right now, but they kept playing outside for a couple hours before coming in). I flipped through the channels and found a few things I'd like to watch but I just didn't feel like watching anything so I ended up cutting it off. Now to keep that attitude about TV and we're good lol

BTW, Discovery in HD is really incredible.

YAY!! I'm glad you like it. I'm sure when it starts getting cold again you will probably go through a spurt and watch more TV, but I would think you would have good control over it.

We're really liking having a TV. We pretty much only watch things that we've recorded on the DVR. That way we don't get sucked into the show that's "coming up next" because it's not recorded. So far we've had an easy time not watching a lot which was my biggest concern.
