Because my cervix has been holding up so well I was told that I could come off pelvic rest next week if my cervix wasn't changing. But it did change. Nothing major, but enough that I am not going to come off pelvic rest. I haven't been having contractions, but on Saturday and Sunday I noticed that I seemed to be loosing some of my mucous plug. His head is low but not engaged--I think largely due to the maternity belt I wear most of the time since 26 weeks. I am 50% effaced. And 1 cm dilated. I am not worried about it. I was dilated to a 3, then 4-5, then 5 for a while before having Ry. But I do hope I won't go over!
My bp and all that is great.
She tried to measure the baby, but wasn't used to the u/s machine they brought into the room. She accidentally recorded a measurement and then didn't know how to get rid of it. That measurement she had only partially done the measurement so it only showed as 23 week. All the others were 33 or 34 weeks. So he should be average to a bit above average. Even one of measurements being only 23 weeks he still measured at 3lbs 15 oz (basically 4 pounds)...I am not sure what % that is for right now, but I don't think it is tiny. So if he hadn't had that messed up measurement he would have been definitely over 4 pounds.
All in all a good appt. Too bad about the pelvic rest though.

Glad it was a good appointment. Hopefully your cervix will continue to hold up. At 34 weeks Cameron was measuring "big" according to the u/s. They said he was already 6 1/2 pounds. He was born about 7 weeks later and weighed 6-6 lol

Ani - 14 (February 15, 2000), Cameron - 12 (October 3, 2001),
Fritz - 7 (July 11, 2006), and Adrian - 5 (June 19, 2008) Smaller on the Outside
Glad the appt went mostly well. I wouldn't put too much stock in measurments once you are over about 25 weeks or so. I was told Sarah would be large, up around 10lb. She was 8lb 12 which is a good size but not huge lol.
