Nope, still BFN. I'm much more calm today than I was yesterday, but it's still driving me crazy. Thanks for asking!! I have one more test that I'm going to try and wait to take on Thurs morning. I read that your hCG doubles in 48-72 hours so I'm going to try and hold off for 2 days. I really don't like my mind playing tricks on me.

I am 4 days late today. I'm totally not stressing anymore! I was just having a major meltdown. I think just the thought of being preggers really freaked me out. If I am now there isn't anything I can do about it, but if I'm not then maybe I need to seriously rethink having another. As much as I love my kids and would have a house full, maybe 2 is my limit. I just put it in the Lord's hands and I have a peace about it either way. If I am preggers fantastic and if I'm not I have some thinking, praying, and talking to DH to do. I feel so silly now that I was even so spastic about it, but the night before I had really had a meltdown so I think it was all just exploding at once. Anywho...I'll keep you posted, Ladies!! I think I'm going to go ahead and take the test in the morning b/c I can't wait until Thurs morn. If it's still negative then I'm waiting until next week sometime and then I won't be tempted to test b/c I won't have any in the house.

Ladies...AF SHOWED!!!!!! FINALLY at 5 am!!! I definitely think that if DH and I decide that we are going to continue to TTC then I am definitely writing down EVERYTHING b/c I can't do that again. I do think for now though DH and I may take this cycle off b/c I REALLY need to do some soul searching about this. Thanks for all of your input and help through my meltdown!

I'm glad you have an answer now. I HIGHLY recommend coming over to the NFP board or reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler.

for an answer. The Billings book is good too. From looking at the infertile breast feeding chart, that long late phase sounds like your still in that kind of cycle.

I think I am too. I have been done breast feeding for 6 mos, and this is my 6th cycle. It was a 34 day at first and then it leveled out at 30 for 3 cycles anyways...now this one was like 37. I'm thinking it's all still screwy b/c of breastfeeding. I don't even know if I'm ovulating yet. I think I'm going to have to get those books and look into this.

Tisha Taejan weaned Christmas Eve and I JUST had my first normal cycle. so 9 months later. Now I did get preggo 6 times while nursing so for me normal or not I can get preggo..but just so ya know it can take a long time to get "normal" after breastfeeding/multiple kids in a row.. I did NFP though and charted and such!

I know I am coming up late here...but just wanted to say that it was my pg scare that made me rethink having more kids too! AND - I know of 7 people who were late this cycle...including myself and I am NEVER late. I was 4 days late. My friend Mendy was a week late, my friend Jenn was 4 days late, my BF Shannon was 5 days late, you were 5 days late, a friend of my friend Mendy's was several days late....weird huh?? Maybe the full moon messed with us all!

So, have you decided whether to TTC or stop?

OMGosh! That's too wierd, Rebecca! My SIL was a week late too!! She has a tubal, so no chance of preggers there! Maybe the moon did mess it up!

As far as TTC....well I'm still praying about it. I finally got it in my head that it isn't necessary to get preggers right now. I was set that all of my kids had to be the same age distance apart. I know I'm a bit wierd! I think we are going to give it a few more months and see how it goes. At this point today we aren't actively trying, but we aren't preventing either.

Errr not true. A few women have had another baby after a tubal. I know one of them, she was on a pregnancy forum I use to host back when I was pregnant with Daniel.

EEK! I know of it happening too though. Nothing is ever 100%, other than abstinance, I guess.
