Are you a good speller?
Did you ever enter a spelling bee?
If so, did you win?

Actually I am. I did win a spelling bee or two in school but never entered on a county wide level or anything. I have gotten worse since using the spell check, it really makes me lazy. LOL

I am a very good speller (my fingers go faster than my brain sometimes though lol). I won a few spelling bees as a kid.

I am now..but as a child..nope.. I think the more the taught spelling the worse I got..once I got older I got much better.,.. I hated the pressure of spelling class in school.. which is why we will not be teaching it here!

I think I'm a pretty good speller. I never entered any spelling bees, though. My nieces & sister are always asking me how to spell something.

I'm alright. There are certain words that I seem to continually struggle with, though. I was usually in the spelling bee at school but never did that well. I always broke under pressure!

I think I do all right. I did the spelling bees in school, but I don't remember winning. I'm not sure if I did or not. I still get all confused on some words with i before e!

1. Yes, I'm a good speller. (Which is probably why I get so frustrated reading things that aren't spelled well!)
2. No, other than class spelling bee's in elementary school, I never entered one.
3. N/A

I was terrible in primary school and still quite bad in highschool. They were going to do a remedial spelling class which fizzled, wonderful ps back in the 1980's here :sarcasm:
I got better as I got older, probably because I wasn't at school. I took up doing crosswords which helped. Most the time I still use a spelling check although there not always correct either. They don't always show the Australian spelling, don't recognize some words such as 'homeschooling' etc.
I must be getting better as apart from homeschooling which I ignore it only picked up two incorrectly spelt words.

Not too shabby. It's my grammar that sucks.
