Even though I believe that the benefits far outweigh the risks involved, it does kinda play on my mind on occasion that there have been a few reported incidences where there has been ill effect from the vax.
Since many of the vaccinations have higher reports of complications and death than the diseases that they protect against have, yes, I worry.
I'm also not happy with the ingredients that they put in some of the vaccinations, and also that these ingredients are often not even pointed out to us before being given to our children.
My son is vaccinated, but I delayed the schedule them until he was 1. I was jsut too scared to submit a small baby to many of the dangers of vaccines and as he was not in day care, my pediatrician said there was no need to vaccinate him sooner. I will likely delay with my daughter as well.
The worry is always there. It's just part of being a good Mommy. But the benefits far outweigh the risks. Sure, we've heard of adverse reactions. But my daughter's Pediatrician reminds me that adverse reactions can occur with almost anything, not just vaccinations.
