I took my youngest to our first ECFE class. They are through the school district and are a non separating class for parent and child. All was fine until we were given immunization forms. Our state has a great objection policy, very easy except the wording about putting my child and other children at risks. I spoke with the leader and she will look into whether I have to sign it. It is one thing being forced so my son can go to school ( unfortunate but needed), but for a non separating baby class. I told the leader I disagree and wont sign, im not putting my child in danger or other children. Why don't vaccinating parents have to sign a form acknowledging all the chemicals they are allowing some one to put in their children's bodies and the side affects it could have. Sorry had to rant.

I'm sorry that form is even in existence. It sucks that non-vaxing isn't more accepted.

We aren't to give a baby milk, berries, or peanut butter. We are to introduce new foods one at a time. But it's OK to inject several viruses, bacteria, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol, animal serum, mercury, squalene and more into an 8 week old? I don't think so.
In order to be healthy it is an unfortunate fact that people must be allowed the opportunity to be ill. I trust my body and those of my children to work correctly against the relatively benign diseases they vax for, and do not trust the ingredients in the vaccinations.
Our choice to not vax isn't based in ignorance, poverty, conspiracy theory and rumor. It's research, common sense, fact and evidence based..something the medical community has largely forgot about.

^ Nor do they say, "I acknowledge I am making my child a walking flu bomb by giving him/her the FluMist and my child will infect other people."

Ugh totally agree. Truth is most people who do choose to vax do so without having any idea what they are putting in their child's body...... I think a form informing them would be more useful!

He wont need vaccine's but they require you sign the state form which says you acknowledge this choice endangers the life of your child and other children. As for ECFE they decided I can type up my own letter about refusing vaccine's and have it notarized. This is what I did when my son received early childhood special ed services through the school district.
