OMG.....Lately I have been feeling like something is just stuck in the pit of my stomach up to my throat, Just by looking at something or by smelling foods I get this awful feeling I want to , I get nauseous with a feeling of being full but yet I haven't eaten anything, I feel also the burning n my stomach cause I am hungry but this other feeling just over rides my hunger n I cause it feels awful. ..can someone tell me what this may be I heard that its DRY HEAVES...WHAT IS THAT EXACTLY?

Poor girl. Dry heaves is when your body is trying to vomit but nothing comes up. I think you are just having regular "morning sickness," when you just don't feel like eating and nothing sounds good. You have to try to eat something, or you will get more sick. Some people can only stand to eat milkshakes, some people only fruit... Try to find whatever your body can tolerate, and eat it! Just a few more months of this, and you'll be ok.

Sounds like bad morning sickness. What helped me is to go outside into the fresh air (but if your weather is hot and muggy this probably won't work right now) and take a piece of bread or saltine cracker and eat it outside till you feel a little better. Ginger ale or ginger chews also helped me a little bit.
I always tried to think "Nausea means healthy pregnancy". I don't know if it helps you but the morning/all day sickness is only temporarily.

Ginger Ale is a soft drink, like Sprite (you can find it in the supermarket).
