Mommies! Not sure if you have had the opportunity to have a prenatal massage but I definitely want to advise and share on the benefits. I try to get a weekly massage, biweekly if the purse gets tight but I find it such a great investment. Great to assist in circulation(yours and baby's), decreasing possibility of vericose issues, decreases stress and tension, can assist in resolving gas or digestive issues, but also relaxes any musculature that may be feeling overworked as our bodies transition month to month.
A good therapist will incorporate some stretch techniques as well. The hour, or 90min as I prefer, is an ideal escape and we deserve a little quiet time before the new bundle arrives. It also assists in reducing labor and delivery stress if maintained throughout the full term.
