I've told 4 very close friends, my parents & sister and my DH. Haven't told kids yet. Haven't told Facebook! lol I am not sure what I am waiting for!

Just to update, we ended up telling most people when I was about 20 weeks pregnant. It was too obvious to hide. I never made an official FB announcement or anything, so we do still have friends/family who don't know if they are people we see infrequently. I'm 32-33 weeks now.
