With every pregnancy I always wondered...is it twins? I've always wanted twins and now I'm over 35 so my chances are better. Guess I'll know in about 4 more months!

Well I am 34 and said I didn't want kids for a number of reasons but recently DH and I have felt it was time and felt a number of things were leading usin that direction.......funny enough I always used to say 'well I don;t want kids but if I do get pregnant it should be twins..a boy and girl twins' then he would laugh, call me nuts and say you don;t want one but you;d wish for two....hahaha..

My brother and his wife wound up with boy and girl twins 3 years ago......she would have been 34 I think when she had them.......

I'm stiil TTC my first so not preggers yet which means when it happens I'll be 35 when I deliver, so I guess I'm allowed to post on this board now

I've been reading about this and the chances are a lot higher than I thought, maybe as high as 10%, obviously if more than 1 embryo goes in then there is going to be a chance.

Wow... I never even considered this possibility. I'm 37 so I guess I should prepare myself for the possibility.

I'm a statistic! Non fertility twins with no family history of twins ever. I turn 35 next week.

I'm 40, turning 41 next month, and 1st pregnancy via IVF. Implanted 2 on day 5 and waiting to find out if there's 1 or 2 with first ultrasound next week!

I've thought about it at times. I read it's more likely at my age, but there's no history of twins.
