Is anybody else having trouble with a nerve in their thigh? It's definitely not the sciatic nerve, but the nerve that goes down the front of your upper leg. I have a lot of pain to the point where I cannot sleep on my right side. Doctor has told me there is nothing I can do at this point.
Anyone else have this issue and any suggestions for relief?
I haven't had problems with it since being pregnant. But when AF used to come that's where I'd get pain first for some reason.
Sorry I don't have any advice on how to find relief, I would take Tylenol for mine if it got bad. Maybe someone else will have some ideas.

I would suggest prenatal yoga - it does wonders for muscle, nerve, and ligament support and flexibility. There are a few DVDs you can do in the privacy of your home but I would recommend taking a class with other expectant moms - great bonding and energy there.
