It might be rainy but I'm in a great mood cuz I'm getting my first ultrasound today and I'm very excited. We hope to find out what we're having. I didn't do the quad test and my doc said that was fine. The level 3 ultrasound will be a good measure for something not right.
Also, a little nice thought for today:
I read an article about a man who is 95 years old who still bakes, gardens, dances, etc. He gave tips for a long and happy life. One of them was: "Have a child later in life. It will keep you YOUNG!"
I second that. My mother had me at this age and she stayed youthful and happy and very in touch.

Goodluck Julia, how exciting........ keep us posted. I love that "thought for the day". I have also heard that having children later in life can keep you young. All of the friends that I have that had children in their 40's are now 50+ years old. They appear to have the energy of the younger moms. Very active in school, community and Church.
