Is anyone else forgetting things? I think I am losing my mind. I cannot remember anything. I forgot 2 appointments for my kids this last week lol. I think I better put a calender next to my telephone to remind of things to do. Sometimes when I am having a conversation I forget my thought or what has even been said This weekend with friends I really felt "dumb", I think they may have thought I lost my mind.

I get the same way sometimes! Its usually when I'm running on empty or really tired (which I have been for what seems like an eternity). If anyone asked me what I did, ate, or wore yesterday, I literally have to sit and think about it for a while before anything registers.
I have even headed out in the car and suddenly realized I had no idea where I was going, or arrived at a store and forgot what I came after. I have to think long and hard to get oriented again.
I think the worst part is forgetting words mid-sentence, or what I was even saying.
I keep a large calendar in plain view right above my computer desk and write down anything important... if only I can remember to look at the calendar LOL
I think we will recover with lots of rest - physically, emotionally, and mentally
I have been having this problem for some time now. LOL It started 2 years ago when pg with my now 15 month old DD. My oldest daugther, who was 14 then, used to get so mad at me for not remembering anything she told me. I sat down with her a few weeks ago and said listen now that I am pg again I might get forgetfull again so dont take it personally! The worst is going into the store repeating the 3 things I have to get, cause I forgot the list at home, getting 2 of the 3 and then not being able to remember the 3rd! ARGH Once I left the house without the diaper bag and of course she threw up in the car. No change of clothes, diapers, wipes, nothing. And I had to strip her down to her diaper cause she was soaking wet from the puke. Now I keep extra wipes and a change of clothes in the car just incase.
