Ugh, Monday!!!! We had a beautiful weekend with record high temps yesterday (79!!!!). It was gorgeous! I only wish my mood could match the great weather.

I have been incredible "testy" since last night. No patience for DH, but trying to hide it and not be crabby to him on his bday! He couldn't sleep last night (says I woke him up...) so he is extra crabby this am. I am on the verge of tears (as usual) and really tired. I am having trouble sleeping most nights. If my back doesn't bother me, my hips are sore from sleeping on my side.... Any ideas to help that?

I hope everyone else is having a better day than mine is starting!! Off to the gym.....

Oh dear, the joys of mood swings

You will have to find something that works for the both of you as far as the "grumpies". Your husband will have to be patient with you and you with him. Mood swings just don't come at convienient times.

They have books for fathers-to-be that can be really helpful since most guys don't have a clue what really goes on in a womens body (especially emotionally). It may give him a little more patience...maybe.

Oh, tell me about the sleeping, or lack of . You have to find a position that works for you. In the end, that may require a forklift and a few pillows . I found that sleeping propped up on the couch has been an "old faithful" for me. When my hips and arms can't take anymore, I move to the couch.

Feel free to cry if you feel the need, you will feel better. It does get better, your body is going through soo much right now.

LOL.... As if I have a choice about crying half of the time! Actually, I think the tears are what keeps me sane (or as close to it as possible ) most of the time!!!!

Thanks for listening to my moaning this am! How's that boy doing in there, Amy? Any chance he is getting restless and ready to come out yet????

Hey, we have all been there, or we will be at some point!!

I have had some really intense contractions but nothing regular. I walked up the hill by my house hoping that might move things along but it just gave me some cramps. I guess the little bugger is not ready yet.
