I took my last clomid on tuesday night the next night once and so far twice today I have had lil sharp pains in my lower abdomen right above my pubic bone ...does anyone know what this could be? I have heard some people gets pains before they o but I have never before so I don't know what they would feel like or where they would be. Thanks in advance!

MY first clomid cycle I had non-AF like cramping in my tww, and the next two clomid cycles I had some sharp pains in the beginning of my cycle too. In fact, I had early pains this cycle which is a Femara cycle. I ended up with a 25mm follie and 2, 12mm follies. Hope that helps!

That makes me hopeful thanks...my dr didn't order an u/s I wish I could know what size follies if any I am getting. This may be a stupid question but I see alot of people with multiple follies...are those eggs...if you are not on meds do you only get 1? thanks
