I used the Gonal-F pen for 15 days. The pen is extremely easy to load and use. I found that if I held the pen at a 180 degree angle, pinched gently and exhaled as I pushed it in I never even felt it.

As for side effects - extreme fatigue and some mild discomfort and cramping as my ovaries became stimulated.

Good Luck. I have PCOS and IR (not responding to Metformin very well, testosterone level still too high)
Planning to start first round of FSH soon. I was told i need to lose weight too, 5'4 193lbs. Any advice or suggestions while taking the FSH.

I just started my gonal pen last night and today I noticed some cramping. Also I don't bruise easily and today I noticed it still feels bruised at the injection site.
