I'm trying to figure out these costs so when I talk to dh we can decide what we want to do. our antibodies test came back +. and its either avoid or ttc on meds. tia

the 10 pills for 5 days of femara was going to be $143 at CVS

I didn't know it would be THAT much so we are waiting a cycle to start.

5 pills of femara for me was $40.

There is a coupon you can use for femara... some OB's won't fill it out for you, but most will. It's worth trying!

I am on Femera....and I just got a letter in the mail Saturday from BCBS that states no one under the age of 45 will be able to get it.....I hope you are/were able to get it.

I have bcbs and was able to get femera. Hmmm!
It was I think about 90 for 5 pills at target. No generic

I take Femara. I usually pay $35 for my copay (10 pills) but I refilled yesterday and the insurance charged me $70.

I self pay for the Novarel through Freedom Fertility, and its $135 each month.

This is my 4th medicated cycle.

By the way my insurance is BCBS of TX

I think it is all based on location. I just had to fill my Femara prescription last week. For 10 pills it cost me $250.46 that is without insurance covering it and having to come completely out of pocket. That is also Philadelphia, PA pricing.
