Hi! I'm a new user and this is my round of Clomid too. I heard that there is a 45% success rate over 6 cycles, but not sure about one cycle.

Hello I also just completed my first round and due fur my period on saturday. I took a prego test today and it was negative. I have been really tired and it comes in waves so I thought mabye. I hope this works. I really want to have another baby. I had no problems getting prego with my son. This time I am having so much trouble I had to start the clomid.

I hear ya! My son is 14 & was actually a surprise. We started TTC another 4 years ago... 5 Clomid cycles later & notta (though I did get pg on my 3rd Clomid cycle but unfortunately had a m/c) & now we'll be doing injectables next cycle. It's tough!

From what I gathered.... Clomid helps you with your ovulation process... It more or less tells your ovaries "ok... it's time to release" Unlike the ladies that know exactly when they are going to start their cycle we need the drugs to ignite that language from within. The chances then is like any other couple trying to Conceive. You may have contact or you may not. But at least you know through tests that clomid is pushing an ovulation process (hopefully). Much luck. And anyone can let me know if this is steering in the right path.....

This is my 3rd round of clomid. First two rounds I was on 50mg CD 3-7. I O'd the first time, not the second. They uped my dose to 100mg and I took that on CD 3-7 as well. I did OPK and on the 25th of this month (Nov) I O'd. I have sore nipples, weird stomach feeling. Its 6dpo. However beware that I have read that clomid can cause mimic symptoms of pregnacy.

My doctor told me that there was only a 15% chance that it would work. I did two rounds but it didnt work for me. I went to a specialist & after some testing, hormone injections & artificial insemination, we're pregnant...and on the first try!
