I hope I don't offend anyone but I thought maybe you ladies would be the best to know... We aren't TTC, but chart to avoid. My doc wants me to have saliva hormone testing for abnormal bleeding and test it on CD 19, 20, or 21. Which day would be best for this? If I don't ovulate until CD 19, wouldn't that skew my results? I usually use NPC during my luteal phase, but am not supposed to use it before or during testing, right? Is there anything I need to know to do for this test so the results are accurate?
