I went for my U/S today after I was put on Aygestin for a cyst on my right ovary. I have added an image

It has decreased in size but I hate the side effects of this med. The Dr. simply said that it ws very awkward I hd side effects, I was in shock.I began o think i might have to switch Dr. I have an appt, for Monday. I have a debate, If I stop this med the progress might slow down, I get my period or If I stay keep feeling the effects and maybe when I see him on Monday, the cyst is gone and I will be put on the stims.

If you want you can talk with your DR about stopping the Aygestin (northindrone) and being put on regular BCP. They will help shrink the cyst as well and do just as good of a job down regulating your body. What kind of s/e are you having from the Aygestin?
