I have to go in for one and I heard it was really bad. I'm so nervous! any helpful advice??

Dec 2010 - IUI + Clomid 100mg(CD 3-7) Trigger=BFN
Jan 2011 - IUI + Clomid 100mg(CD5-9) Trigger=BFN
*Had doctors appointment scheduled for 11/17 to start the process with IVF and had to cancel +HPT 11/15!!!
