After having my second child via csection, I started having problems. I have not had my monthy vist from AF since Oct 07, I am going to the dr and its possible they said I might have PCOS. So I have read up on the condition and started to lose some weight I kept on, and my husband and I really want to try for one more child. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can be doing to help the fetility process along? Since we have two kids the drs do not consider us and having fertility problems but yet we have been trying and cant get pregnant and Im sure its due to all my female issues.

I am sorry to hear that it might be PCOS. Your Dr needs to find out if that is what it is. If your Dr wants to let this slide you may need a new Dr. PCOS can have a lot of complications, not just with fertility issues. If you find that it is PCOS you will possibly need to take Metformin. One of the benefits of Metformin, other than it helps control weight and some of the other issues with PCOS is that seems to work like a fertility med for some woman. Good Luck!!
