I notice people are one way or the other. I love mine. I have one pair and I wash them daily (in the shower LOL) and boil every few days to sterilize again. I have had no issues with them and have saved a fortune on nursing pads.

They are a silicone nursing pad, well not a pad per say, a lily pad shaped piece of clear silicone. You invert the nipple a bit and it seals off your boob.

I love these!! I have two pair. One to wear while the other is drying. The only problem I find is that every piece of lint and cat hair sticks to them - but it keeps it off my boobs and NO MORE leaky boobs and saturated pads. My sis and cousin-in-law are expecting this summer. I'm getting them a pair as a gift.

Oh, I bought mine off of eBay. Way cheaper that way!

I just got LilyPadz and I love them!!! I like that I can't even feel them once I have them on and I can wear a bra and not see the nursing pads through it!!! I'm not wearing them at night but during the day I don't leak or anything!!!

I would recommend them!!!

I LUV MINE!!!!

I use them all day long and even at night if I know DD will sleep a long time and have a good chance that I may leak.

These sound great. I looked on the website and they are only offered in a city thats a few hours away from me. I will look on Ebay I think.

I'd think there would be an issue with plugged ducts from these?

I like them, but I can only wear them if I'm going out for a quick trip. I leak too much for them I guess. Hopefully my milk supply will regulate a little better soon and they will be more effective then.

I didn't know what you were talking about in the first part of this thread until I read up to the last. I'll try them next time around.
