I tried the curity pads and they do absorb but I wish they had an adhesive on them. I had a few medela ones from a family member and they weren't bad but I found Playtex ones at Walmart and got a box of 60 for like $7. They are adhesive and stay in place well without being super bulky. I leak a lot and there are still times I wake up in the morning and one side is soaked thru but i think if i would put in new pads before bed I would avoid this. I think for the money the playtex pads are a good value. I also have quite large breasts and they cover well.
