I finally got around to making some big fat oatmeal cookies last night! Mmmmmmm... 3 cups of quick oats and lots of chocolate chips in there! I've got a whole container of my baked good "pills" here at the office and I took a dose of two for breakfast.

I'm trying to resist eating them all for lunch- Must. Eat. Real. Food. Too!

So for those that saw an increase in supply from oatmeal, how quick is the turnaround? Like, is it same day, or after a week or two? Not that I have a problem having to scarf down cookies everyday for a few weeks...

I swear that I see imediate results with the cookies. I don't know why or how it works, but I swear it does. I had my best day ever last week and I had oatmeal cookies a day or two before that.

I hope you see some results. If nothing else, enjoy the cookies...they sound yummy!

I saw results the next day! I don't have time to bake them, so I only eat them when dh is in the mood for baking.

Same here with the cookies, almost immediate results, like next day.

What I don't get is why, when I eat the same rolled oats for breakfast (even tried it every day for 2 weeks) it doesn't make much of a difference. I've tried cooked, steamed, and what works? The cookies. oh well!!!

Ok, so from the small sampling here, delicious cookies are the way to go.

SO the next question is just how many can I get away with eating and justify it as "treatment" before I've exceeded the good benefits and moved into full heifer mode- both in milk production AND butt size?!?! 2 a day? 6? Bakers' dozen?!

I think I was eating probably 5 - 7 cookies per day (or more!!). No self control.

I've had the same experience! Cookies do much better. Is it because they have more calories from the butter and sugar maybe?

I made a batch on Friday but my FIL ate almost all of them on Saturday!
