I'm thinking enchiladas if Kaiden is going to continue to be low maintenance today. They are tasty but alot of work to make the tortillas!

We had pork chops, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits. I made cupcakes today for my mom's group meeting tomorrow and we had a couple of those for dessert!

Mygosh, all your meals here are making me hungry!!!

I have no idea what we're having for dinner yet. We usually don't cook so much during weekdays and splurge on weekends.
