Seriously. Yuck. I gagged the entire time. I managed to get all 8oz of it down, but I'm dreading the next 15 cups of it.

For those that have tried it... got any tips? I don't have any honey... maybe some sugar??

I plugged my nose and chugged it (after it cooled off). The pure thought of having another cup is making me sick haha.

Hmm, I don't think the tea is too bad. Sugar might make it better - or milk, if you take your tea that way. Maybe you should try the pills - they're a lot easier to take.

I put lots of sugar in it....but then I am a sweet tea kind of gal...and since I don't do hot tea I make it iced tea. I am able to drink it okay...I mean it doesn't taste great but I look at it as taking "medicine".

I must be the only one that actually likes it! I put honey or stevia in it to sweeten.

I'm not a tea drinker but I didn't find it too bad. Honey or sugar should help.

you have to drink alot of it for it to be effective. I think the reccomendation is at least 3 cups per day, every day?

I hated it with every ounce of my being. I had to drink it with about a tablespoon of sugar and warm. I thought it goes down faster when it's warm. I did eventually stop though and starting taking fenugreek. That helped a lot more. I take 3 pills, 3 times a day. Yes 9 pills in one day is rough but it works! And you start smelling like maple syrup instead of licorice! (I hate it licorice too!)

it can't hurt to try. a lot of women swear by it. when i was trying to increase my supply to build a freezer stash on maternity leave, i took 3 pills, 3x/day. unfortunately it did nothing but make me gassy! i didn't smell like maple syrup at all. supposedly that's how you know it's working. but i do know people who have gotten fantastic results from fenugreek.

It took about a good 2 days before I started to see good results. I got down to 3.5 oz a day pumping and now I'm back up to 11. My doc said to stop them for a week or so then start on them again to make it jump again if it worked the first time. She said that it's not something that works for a while but just for a couple or a few weeks then it's effectiveness wears off. So I took the whole bottle, then stopped for a week and I will start back up Monday. Let me know how it works for you!
