This is my 3rd PP AF, but the first time my supply has dropped bc of it. How long does it take to come back, or do I need to make it come back by pumping more, etc.? I'm down 2 - 4 oz per day right now which is frustrating.

Kaiden's not ready for a supply drop yet (was planning on Nov if he's doing well on solids), so I'm still at 4x per day, with the occasional 3x thrown in.

I never had a supply issue w/ AF but then I only had 2 before I stopped pumping all together. From everything I have read, it will come back. Can you try to throw in an extra pump or 2 for the next couple of days?

I'm on day 3 of reduced supply so I hope it bounces back very soon as Kaiden decided to start a growth spurt today!

I normally notice a dip around ovulation and a dip right around AF. It usually bounces back after a few days but I will pump longer or more frequent during the dip to help since I can't afford to have a dip for too long.

I hope it gets better for you.
