bring a medela microwave bag! i store my horns in there between pumping sessions - just throw the bag in the fridge. that way you don't have to wash/sterilize between sessions, just once when you get home.
you might also want to bring tissues to wipe the condensation from the parts between pumpings. i used an empty office at work, and we couldn't leave anything in the room.
I have some burp cloths to wipe my boob off after, and i put it on my lap while pumping, just in case. I also have some extra breast pads in case I forgot them or something. In the early days I had some lansinoh cream in there as well. I pump into bottles, but have bags in case i have extra and for the first time the other day, I had to use a bag after I filled the bottle
When I pump at school I bring the horns, tubing, bottles and a cap (or two caps if you pump into bottles and think you'll get more than a bottle full), the electrical cord for the wall (its easy to forget this! ), a nursing cover just in case, a freezer pack in the insulated part to keep the milk cool, and some Medela quick clean wipes. I also like the snack/water idea! I usually eat my lunch while I'm pumping. I also have my laptop or a magazine so that I don't have to just stare blankly into space. Good luck! I know it will go smoothly for you
