TGIF! And Mother's day!

Any weekend plans? Any special Mother's Day plans?

We're going out to brunch for my first Mother's Day! DH had booked us seats on a big paddleboat cruise that was doing a brunch, but they called him a couple days ago saying it was canceled! He was so upset since he was trying to surprise me with it. So I got reservations at a local restaurant for brunch instead.

Saturday night Ava is getting baptized:] Then Sunday hubby has to work until 2pm so my mom and I are going to the local Zoo if it doesn't rain.

Nothing planned for right now . . . really anything will be better than last year!! Last year on Mother's day he had 19 seizures and screamed all day long . . . horrible day . . . but it was the catalyst that really helped me to find the cause of his seizures and stop them.

I really wish I could just stay home on Mother's day!!!

Tomorrow, I have a dentist appointment, and then we are going to dh's cousin's for their little one's first communion. Then Sunday - I said I want the morning with my family (dh, and ds) - then we are going to my mom's for lunch, and then to my MIL's for dinner.

Maybe next year - we will host Mother's day!
