I used to notice a difference at my first pump, the side she didn't nurse on just before worked got more than the other. But overall, I produced around the same amounts. I recorded it all on a spreadsheet so I added it up one day and it was a couple hundred oz for each breast (months of pumping at work), and they were within a few oz of each other.

I always get more from my left than my right. But I always nurse Michael on my left too (once in a great while on my right!)

I get a total of 4 ounces. Normally almost 3 on my left, and a little over one on my right. That excludes my morning pump where I get more from each side..

I use to get more from my right side than left about double the amount, but then started nursing Ava more from the left side (right boob was much bigger than left), so I wanted to even things out. Now I only get about an oz or half n oz more from right than left.

My left used to be a super-over-producer, and I'd get twice as much out of it and it woudl always get engorged so fast. Now they are more even, but leftie still usually gives half an ounce to an ounce more per pump.

My right always produced a little more than my left - I normally sleep on my left side, and noticed one night when I slept on my right side (unusual for me) that my left then produced more than my right. Makes sense since the left side was always being a little compressed at night.

the super boob!! Mine was my right. As well as sleeping on them and compressing I think it's normal for one side to have more tissue and milk sacs than the other,
