I almost hate to answer this question... it was given to me by the hospital. (Ameda Purely Yours double electric).

They started a program not too long before I had my LO where employees using our insurance and delivered at the hopsital got a free pump. (or something like that). the only thing I have had to do was get a call every couple months to see if recieving the pump helped me to continue breastfeeding, etc. so, i was really lucky I didn't have to buy one.

That's an awesome deal. I assume that you're experience and feedback has been positive. Hopefully it will lead the hospital and insurance company will decide to do it again for more new mothers.
