Anyone heard of this?

My mom gave me dandelion tea for some stomach issues I was having. I was doing research online and I read that indians used it to promote lactation...

dandelion is a diuretic, so it may help you to produce more. Certainly nourishing! Haven't tried it for milk production though

I drank a cup last night, it's actually pretty tasty. I'll let you know if I notice an increase...
