How long do you pump for, each session? How many times a day?

I pump 3x at work, and now only pump for 10mins. I use to pump for about 15-20, but now I don't get a lot out anymore so shorten the time.

2 times a day at work. Probably about 20 mins of pumping time.

At work I pump 3 times a day. I try to pump 30 min each time. I get most of the milk in the first 10-15 min, but I really want to be making more, so I am trying to pump longer and encourage production. I do sometimes get more out at the 20-25 min point.

At home I pump after everytime I feed them and then once right before I go to bed. Usually 15-20 min each of these times, since they have already been feeding before I pump.

I just started back to work yesterday so I'm still trying to find a schedule.

yesterday I pumped every 2-2.5 hours while at work, and then once I got home because I was ready and she was passed out.

today I pumped before I left for work because I felt like i might explode, and then now every 2.5 hours here at work.

right now at home I"m pumping for relief and then until milk stops. here at work I'm pumping for as long as I have the time to. so about 20-25 minutes even if nothing is coming out. I figure it's help stimulate
