Hi everyone. I spent some time here when I was pumping for my oldest DD and now I have a new baby and I am back again. The baby is two months old. I have been back at work for about 2 weeks. I am only pumping at work, when I am with her she breastfeeds. Thankfully, she has had no problems going between breast and bottle. I am able to pump twice during my shift at work. I come home from work with 10-12 oz of milk and she drinks around 12 oz while I am gone, so I am not always keeping up. I pumped while I was on maternity leave so I have a freezer stash, but once that is gone I will have to start pumping at home between nursing sessions to make up the difference. I wish I could pump 3 times during my shift at work, but I just can't make it work. I am a nurse and certain things have to be done at certain times, I can't always just drop everything and go pump. Looking forward to spending some time here again.

Welcome Back! I understand how hard it is sometimes to make time to pump at work. I used to pump 3 times and now I am down to 2, because I just can't take that much time away most days (I used to have a room to pump that had a computer so I could keep up with work while I pumped, but then I had to move to a room with no computer).... anywy, that was a long story to say welcome .. we are glad to have you back

Welcome! I've been pumping for a couple months but just went back to work Monday. I've been pumping 3x a day sometimes 4 only because I do it to and from work since I have a long commute. I'm a teacher so I can only squeeze it in when the kids are away! So I pump and eat and sometimes can during my planning but were required to teach ESS during this time so that's tough. Luckily my teammates are understanding. Anyway I totally know where you're coming from! I'm barely making what he eats during the day also. It's a pain but he's worth it! Not to mention I'm cheap and it helps me lose weight.
