NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!

I'm like an hour late for pumping today as it is an just realized that I left the dagnabbit part that screws into the bottle, holds the flanges and membrane things, and connects to the motor at home. You know, the integral middle part.

Looks like I'm making a drive home for lunch. At least I'm close by. But son of a.... I hate pumping.

I tried that- got a whopping 1/2 oz when I should have gotten 2-4 oz with the motor. I think I was too stressed and it's too hard aiming my A-B cups into the flange on bottle or just bottle.

S'ok, I made a trip home. It's a gorgeous day here today- 70, sunny and breezy- so I enjoyed my brisk 5 min walk to the car, drove with the windows down and radio up, made a stop at the eye doctor finally to pick up contacts, and made it back within an hour. Looks like I've got a good 4.5 oz to add to the other 0.5, so I'm back in business for the afternoon.

But dang, that sucked.

Oh man...hate those moments! Sounds like you made the best of it, though. Glad you could run home.

Well, geez Louise... it's only like 3 weeks later and I've done it again. Methinks I need to keep a spare of everythign here in the office. I prefer to have 2 of each so I can do both sides at once, but even having one spare will save the frustration of having to go home like this. ARGH!

Maybe I'll see if Ingrid is ready to eat at school instead- go straight to the source!
