When my husband and I had our first we never discussed vaccines, whether to get them or not. I believed all the fear mongering as well, especially from my family members.
When my daughter was 2 months old we went for her first shots (4 vaccines in 3 shots), I asked the nurse if it was necessary and safe and processed to have my daughter injected with an unknown substance. The nurse sad she will probably be sleepy...
To my surprise every time she dosed off, she would wake up screaming and her legs were very sore. So I put her in my bed, I was so exhausted that I was hoping if she was beside me she would sleep (suckling on my breast). She screamed and cried on and off in a 36 hours period and didn't sleep for 48 hours. Being a new mom I didn't know if it wasn't normal so I took her to the doctor and of course they said just give her some tylenol. I thought it was odd...do other people go through this too?!?
When she was 4 months we went for our second round, so I asked more questions; is there is mercury in shot? why did she react that way with the first? how important is it really?
The nurse told me that vaccines are a God sent...so I thought well I got vaccines so okay....I regret that decision. Her reaction was worse not just screaming and sleepless for a few days but she develop a rash at the injection site.
My husband, who was already against the idea, started researching and we both started educating ourselves. That was our "God sent" and I am so thankful that we stopped after the second.
When we had our second child we refused to vaccinate him and because of these choices a lot of family members think that I am putting my children at risk. Especially my mom, she got the polio shot in the 50s and truely believes that vaccines are the best way to keep your child alive.
She would get other family members to talk to me regarding vaccines...intervention on vaccines...
I am so glad I found the information, I know my children are safer without poison and unethical experiments. If the media reported the truth regarding vaccines and how they are made I'm sure the world would stop the madness and stop poisoning our children!
I am so angry and sad to hear stories like yours and others that the child died or became sufferly injured from vaccines. What makes me angry is the media and health care system (who profit) push vaccines but they don't accept any blame when a child is harmed. Instead they call it SIDS or the vaccine didn't cause damage. In our research the vaccines are not thoroughly tested or studied for long term affects...maybe vaccines have created more auto-immune disfunction.
