Naturally, you want to register at more than one place to give your guests some options in case they aren't near a particular store. I know Target is pretty popular but there registries are just horrible, as is their return policy. I feel like we'll wind up registering there anyway just because it's easy and they have decently cute stuff... but I'm really not happy about it. I might just skip it altogether and do something else... and I'm wondering what everyone else is doing!

We're actually not registering anywhere. We already own our house and don't really need anything. There's not much point in asking for gifts when we don't need (or have room for) anything.

It'll depend where we are at the time, if we have our own house or if we're in an apartment, etc.

Even though we have a lot of what we already need, we will probably go over to target, bed bath & beyond, & walmart to register.

we are thinking about target and bed bath and beyond. I agree that target dosnt have a good policy, but thats where everyone shops around here. Bed bath and beyond is right next to target though, so I want to do that too

I don't know .. We were thinking Wal-Mart because it's easiest .. everyone has a Wal Mart in their city and it's cheap But Wal Mart isn't doing registries anymore.. which Im not impressed with
We'll probably register at Sears .. I have no idea if there is any where else that even does them.

We're getting married in my hometown, so we had to think of stores that they had there. We're doing Target for those people, and then Bed Bath and Beyond for the people living in our town. The whole registry thing is just a pain though, in my opinion. lol!

Good call on Bed, Bath, & Beyond! The one we have is right next to Target too! I know Macy's is really popular for registries... and some friends of mine who got married recently also registered at Kohl's for things like pots & pans as well as linens. That might be an option for us. I know we'll wind up doing Target... I just HATE their return policy and that they don't update their gift registries often enough to avoid duplicates!

What I might do though, since people only find out where you're registered through word of mouth... I guess I'll just ask my bridal party, mom and FMIL to tell people that we are registered at Target, but there's some issues with duplicates and their return policy so to please include the gift receipt. I just don't want it to look like I'm registering for cheap stuff so I can return it for a big item, kwim? *sigh*

We aren't really sure yet where we are registering. We thought about Target, but I agree - I'm not really impressed with theirs. We thought about Sears, too or Bed, Bath and Beyond. I guess we'll see when we get closer!

We will probably register at Macy's because they have great stuff and my sister registered there and they were really helpful. We will also probably register at Target cause like you said there is one in every neighborhood but I hate their return policy and lately they have made me very mad. I wish we could register at Ikea! That would be great!
