$15,000.... but we're going over it I'm sure. I'm not too worried about it since we're saving and paying cash for it all. In all honestly $15,000 only covers the food, hall, rings, and like maybe the cake so I'm POSITIVE we're over. I would say $15,000 for the reception.
Ours is only $3,000 including rings. We are having a very small wedding (parents, my sister and son) - so the ceremony is only $400, and we're just having dinner in a private dining room at Olive Garden instead of a reception ($50 + cost of food, from what I've been told).
We never ironed out an exact budget, but I am trying to work around the 15k range, which I think is doable. My parents have graciously offered to foot the bill for the food for the reception and FFIL is going to throw in 1k to start, he just told us on Christmas.
Well, my first wedding was in the $15,000 to $25,000 range and most of it was paid for from saving an both sets of parents split the rest that we could not pay for. The place we got married out was very expensive, but it included our honeymoon and wedding and reception.
