It's not pricey or fancy, but I do love it.
DH did not like the one I had originally wanted. He found it to be very plain, and bland. Lo and Behold, we went to order it last night and because it had been on sale last week, it was out of stock. If we waited to order, we wouldn't get it in time for Christmas.
So I go searching some other websites, and stumble upon something unexpected. Zales, Jared and Kay all carry made stones (lab created).

Zales doesn't list the GEM weight, but since the main stone is the same size as the top ring, it has to be at least a full carat. (the top ring is 1.3 carats)...
I'm super excited, and he is now too since he actually LIKES the ring.
My only reservation about is.. we realized last night my wedding band (the ones we're ordering for august) only comes in 4mm. I'm worried that 6mm of rings on my hand might be too much (we were going to order a 3mm... but they don't come that small
).
