I don't really want to loose weight, but I'm trying to get better tone. My friend's husband is going to lend me his P90X DVDs because I've wanted to try it for awhile.
I've upped my weight lifting at the gym and I think I'm going to get a personal trainer to help me out too. And I'll be doing striparobics with some friends of mine! They've been dying to try it and I'm pretty much down for anything. It's suppossed to be good for weight loss/toning. Also, fun.
I would love to loss weight for my wedding I have about 40 lbs of extra bagage. I am just trying to watch what I eat and hope that some of it will come off. Because I have no motivation to go to the gym these days lol.
