by the time i saw it (at the $1.50 movies) my cousin had already ruined for me - he said that this was the movie that everyone thought was real but found it wasent. like right as the movie was starting.
but the end of that movie FREAKED ME OUT. i dont like kids in scary movies.
Nope, I never thought it was real. Plus I thought it was incredibly stupid. I'm from the sticks of MI so I've spent my fair share of time in wooded areas. With so many trees available for climbing, you can't tell me a normal person wouldn't have just climbed one and looked for the way out. Not to mention they had the map on videotape so it was certainly available for viewing even after it was lost.
I spent the entire movie yelling, "Climb a tree!" Luckily, I was in my own house so I didn't annoy anyone.
