I actually thought killing Carrie's s/o was a good story, albeit heart-wrenching. I cried right along with her in the operating room, and later when she cried with Abby.
I think the baby snatch will make a great story-line that they will carry over the summer to get us to watch again in the fall.
I had noticed that they were "softening" Carrie, and think this is a continuation of this.
I was okay with the s/o dying, until they took Henry away. Then I was a wreck. Dh was making fun of me b/c I was crying so bad . In my defense though, it's "that time of the month" for me, and my hormones have been so screwed up this time around. I have noticed that they are softening Weaver up though, and I think that's good. We don't want another Romano on our hands!
