Jessica is an acquaintance of mine. We belong to the same raw milk group. Here's her blog if anyone's interested. Her baby was OVER 11 POUNDS! No tearing. She ended up with a great first home birth!

The world today is upside down because there is so very little love in the home, and in family life. We have no time for each other. Everybody is in such a terrible rush, and so anxious…and in the home begins the disruption of the peace of the world.

It's a group of folks who get together to buy RAW milk (as in unpasteurized). It's totally safe if it's from grass fed, free range Jersey cows (or other milk cows, but NOT from commercial milk cows). It's actually a "HOT" issue over here. It's illegal in many states. In WA state you can buy it legally but only from state certified raw milk vendors. We have a group of people that drive over an hour each way to pick up our delicious, fresh, raw milk. I've been feeding it to my baby and my family for many months now and it's quite superior to regular, store bought milk.
